Tax optimization / Registered value of the land:

IBERTASA's experts guide their clients through impugnments over the registered value of land, which becomes the base for the numerous taxes related to the estate (IBI, IAE, AJD, ITP, IITNU, etc.). The analysis of the different tax and financial situations effected by the registered value of the land is also conducted by IBERTASA, always within the period of time provided for tax assessments related to the registered value of the land.

Valuation of movable property:

IBERTASA conducts valuations of movable property, valid for certifications on financial statements and bank guarantees. This movable property can be: vehicles, boats, machinery, production lines, facilities and furniture
